My father is a 73 year old with COPD, diabetes and can only walk very short distances without severe respiratory distress. The chair folds easily because its lightweight, easy to carry enough for me to put in and out of the car. I also like its seat belt its good for protection.

This is a great chair at an excellent price. This transport Chair is very easy to move pick up. We have 1 another chairs from different manufacture but not nearly as functional as the Drive chair. This was perfect there wheels move smoothly and it is easy to push. It folded up at restaurants and was light enough for my 77 years old Grandfather to lift.
