To remove the ear tips from your headset, use the Triangular tool located at the top of the plastic ear tip tray. Place the ear tip inside the triangular opening so that the plastic tool is wedged between the foam and the snap tip adapter as shown here. Once the ear tip is properly placed in the triangular opening, grip the round part of the headset and gently pull the headset away from the ear tip. Step 2. The ear tip will come off.
